1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment for tours must be made as per the instructions provided during booking.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@sundarbansardartravels.com.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific tour package policy.
Sundarban Sardar Travels reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government regulations, etc.). In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour.
3. Travel Responsibilities
Travelers must provide accurate information during booking, including name, contact details, and identification.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid ID, travel documents, and any required permits.
Sundarban Sardar Travels is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the tour.
4. Health and Safety
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel.
Sundarban Sardar Travels reserves the right to refuse participation in tours for individuals who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
It is recommended to follow safety guidelines, wear life jackets during boat trips, and follow instructions given by guides.
5. Customized Tours
Customized tours are planned according to the traveler’s requirements.
Any changes requested by the customer after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
6. Liability
Sundarban Sardar Travels acts as an organizer and facilitator for your tours.
We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, accidents, or illness.
Travelers participate in tours at their own risk.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
