1. Cancellation by Traveler

The refund amount depends on the timing of your cancellation:

2. Cancellation by Sundarban Sardar Travels
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, government regulations, or safety concerns.
In such cases, you will be offered:
Full refund, or
Option to reschedule to another date without extra charges.
3. Changes to Booking
Changes to tour dates or packages can be requested in advance.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Customized tour changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted via email with your booking details and payment confirmation.
Our team will review your request and process the refund according to the policy.
Refunds are subject to any applicable bank or transaction fees.
