1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • The refund amount depends on the timing of your cancellation:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


2. Cancellation by Sundarban Sardar Travels

  • We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, government regulations, or safety concerns.

  • In such cases, you will be offered:

    1. Full refund, or

    2. Option to reschedule to another date without extra charges.


3. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to tour dates or packages can be requested in advance.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Customized tour changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.


4. Refund Procedure

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email with your booking details and payment confirmation.

  • Our team will review your request and process the refund according to the policy.

  • Refunds are subject to any applicable bank or transaction fees.
